Maddy, grandma and grandpa took me out today. Zoom zoom! Off we went to the Pacifica pier. I never get to play there. It was a nice surprise to be set free running around on dark sand while giant waves crashed next to me. I also made a new friend. Some grey fellow with curly hair who looks strikingly similar to me. I was having fun until he got way too close to me. I just love having my own space and I hate it when boys get too close to me. So you know what I did? I screamed! I screamed to freak him out.

I think I heard maddy call me a drama queen. Pbfft! What does she know?! Before we left, maddy and I played a game of tag. I haven’t seen her smile all week with the working late and her moping around over some lost shiny item. It was nice to see maddy let loose today and smile.

Well I’m definitely pooped today. My feet probably stink, but oh well. I miss mommy and Hilo. When are they going to come home? Okay I’m goign to sleep now because it’ll make tomorrow come faster. Maybe they’ll be home by tomorrow.

That’s besides the point. I wanted to introduce myself as the daring most handsomest Miniature Schnauzer. My real name is SUPERDOG, but my mommies like to call me, “Hilo”. Hilo?! Don’t ask me why they named me that. I just remember overhearing something about this place called Hawaii when they were talking to some stranger. Lame, I know.

Oh shoot, gotta run! Mommy’s coming, and she’s gonna catch me on the computer!
